Description:
The ASI 04692-9 Traditional™ surface-mounted roll paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle is designed for durable, high-capacity use in commercial restroom environments. It dispenses standard 8″ or 9″ wide towel rolls up to 800 ft (244 m) long and includes stub roll capability for continuous operation.

The unit uses a mechanical lever system to dispense controlled towel lengths until the supply is depleted. An adjustable pin allows users to limit lever stroke length for reduced consumption. The system supports automatic roll changeover when a new roll is installed alongside a partially used roll. A locking compartment and receptacle retainer help prevent unauthorized access or removal.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
