Description:
The ASI 04692AC-6 Traditional™ is a semi-recessed, touchless automatic roll paper towel dispenser with an integrated waste receptacle, designed for high-traffic commercial restrooms. It uses proximity sensing technology to dispense a pre-set length of towel per cycle, promoting hygiene and reducing paper waste.

The unit accommodates standard 8″ or 9″ wide towel rolls up to 800 ft (244 m) long and includes stub roll capability for continuous dispensing. A stainless steel collar allows for semi-recessed installation, making it suitable for walls with limited depth. The unit is powered by an internal low-voltage adapter (included), supporting 110–240 VAC input.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. The tracking link will take you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can find the most accurate tracking information and status of your shipment. We advise customers to subscribe to the email or SMS delivery updates on the UPS or FedEx tracking page.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
