ASI 04823 Toilet Tissue Dispenser with Waste Receptacle is a recessed-mounted, end-stall restroom accessory designed as a single-sided alternative to through-partition units like the ASI 04813. Built for commercial and institutional restrooms, it combines secure toilet tissue dispensing with an integrated waste container to support cleanliness, durability, and reduced maintenance.

End-stall installation design provides a built-in solution where through-partition mounting is not possible.
Dual-roll toilet tissue capacity holds two standard rolls or 1,800-sheet rolls measuring 4-1/2″ × 5-1/4″ diameter (114 × Ø133 mm).
Integrated removable waste container offers 1.3-gallon (4.9 L) or 300 in³ (.005 m³) capacity for easy servicing.
Type 304 stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance, durability, and easy cleaning.
Tumbler lock security restricts access to authorized maintenance personnel.
Staked piano hinge provides added strength, security, and smooth door operation in high-use environments.
Theft- and vandal-resistant rollers molded from high-impact plastic with integral stainless steel end pins.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. The tracking link will take you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can find the most accurate tracking information and status of your shipment. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
