ASI 0697-GAL Toilet Tissue Dispenser with Shelf is a dual-roll toilet paper dispenser with an integrated stainless steel shelf, designed for commercial restrooms where convenient storage and efficient dispensing are needed. It holds two rolls and features spring-loaded, free-rolling rollers for smooth self-feeding on user pull, while the hemmed-lip shelf provides a practical ledge for personal items.

Dual-roll capacity holds two 5″ (127 mm) diameter rolls (1,500 sheets each) or standard toilet paper rolls.
Integrated stainless steel shelf includes a 5″ × 18″ (127 × 457 mm) ledge with a 5/8″ (16 mm) hemmed front lip to help keep items secure.
Self-feeding dispensing rolls dispense on user-pull demand until the supply is depleted.
Spring-loaded, free-rolling rollers support smooth dispensing and easy roll changes.
High-impact roller construction rollers are molded of impact-resistant polystyrene plastic.
Two rollers included supplied with two (2) rollers for dual-roll dispensing.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. The tracking link will take you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can find the most accurate tracking information and status of your shipment. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
