However, we understand that shipping issues or unexpected problems can occur. If something’s not right with your order, our team is here to make it right—quickly and professionally.
How Our 60-Day Return & Refund Policy Works?
- You/Customer has 60 days from receipt of an item to request and ship a return.
- To be eligible for a refund, return items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all accessories included—just as you received them.
- You/Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and dropping the item off to the shipping carrier.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within two (2) business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, except exchanges.
Policy Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect all items upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item appears damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item or Quantity: If you received the wrong item or quantity, please contact us immediately.

A customer service representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to update you on the status of your request and provide next steps. Items returned to any of our warehouses without approval from our customer service team will not be accepted nor will they be eligible for a refund.
