Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders nationwide (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We offer same-day shipping for orders made before 5 pm ET. Orders received after the cut-off time will ship on the next business day. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will promptly contact you to provide an update and, if necessary, issue a full refund.

Express Delivery in 1-3 Days via UPS and FedEx
Our team works diligently to pack and ship all orders within the same or next business day. 99% of our orders arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after we've received your order. Once shipped, we will send you a shipping update with your tracking number.

FAQs
How can I change my order details or cancel?
To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. The tracking link will take you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can find the most accurate tracking information and status of your shipment. We advise customers to subscribe to the email or SMS delivery updates on the UPS or FedEx tracking page.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?
We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
Will all items ship together?
Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?
For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the item from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local electrician. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to an electrician within our network.
