What are the ADA grab bar placement requirements?

According to the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design:

A 36″ (915 mm) minimum length grab bar is required.
Mounting height: 33″–36″ (840–915 mm) above the finished floor.
Extension requirements:
- At least 12″ (305 mm) from the centerline of the toilet toward the side wall.
- At least 24″ (610 mm) from the centerline of the toilet toward the open side.

If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the item from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local electrician. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to an electrician within our network.
