Description:
ASI’s Velare™ Behind-the-Mirror (BTM) system is engineered for elegance, durability, and safety, concealing consumables within a Type 304 stainless steel cabinet. The unit features a frameless tempered glass mirrored door with integrated backlit icons that indicate system functions from the bottom control panel of each module.

The mirrored door is constructed from 1/4″ (6 mm) thick tempered glass conforming to ASTM C-1048, with pencil edges and eased corners. It includes a stainless steel intermediate stiffener and stainless steel back plate with integral welded support mounts, hinge, and lock keeper.

The door is mounted using a full-width 3/16″ (Ø4.8 mm) concealed piano hinge and secured with a tumbler lock and key. Twin damped gas springs assist opening from 15° to 90°, providing smooth, controlled motion with soft-stop cushioning at both full open and full close positions.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
