This commercial-grade framed mirror is engineered for durability, security, and a refined appearance in high-traffic restroom environments. The frame is constructed from roll-formed 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel angle measuring 3⁄4″ x 5⁄8″ (19 x 16 mm), with heliarc-welded corners that are ground and polished to a smooth, uniform satin finish. For a clean, vandal-resistant installation, the mirror mounts on a concealed hanging bracket system that securely locks the unit to the wall at both the top and bottom using tamper-proof set screws. A one-piece back plate is permanently attached to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device, enhancing safety and long-term performance in commercial, institutional, and public restroom applications. Multiple size options are available to accommodate a wide range of installation requirements.

How can I change my order details or cancel?

To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and would like to ship the correct item(s) to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please note, 95%+ orders placed before 5 pm ET ship the same day, so for order updates, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and expected delivery date. The tracking link will take you to the shipping carrier's website, where you can find the most accurate tracking information and status of your shipment. We advise customers to subscribe to the email or SMS delivery updates on the UPS or FedEx tracking page.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses?

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. For International addresses, PO Boxes, or APO addresses, please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Will all items ship together?

Yes, most orders ship together, directly from our warehouse fulfillment network. If you order multiple specialty or bulk volume items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately, as a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer white-glove delivery or installation services?

For bulk commercial orders or large equipment, items will be shipped on a pallet via a trucking service. The delivery team will assist in offloading the items from the truck and storing them in your desired location. For installation services, we recommend hiring an experienced local contractor. Our team is also happy to provide a referral to a contractor within our network.
